Free Shipping

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom-stitched and pre-order items may require additional processing time, which will be clearly mentioned on the product details page.

Our goal is doorstep delivery for every customer.
However, certain remote or restricted locations may not always be covered by our logistics partners. In such cases:
- We will try our best to arrange delivery with the most reliable vendor available.
- If delivery to your exact address is not possible, we will notify you and provide the best possible alternative.
Please note that delivery timelines may be affected by courier delays, festive seasons, or factors beyond our control.

Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
For remote locations, delivery may take slightly longer.

After dispatch, you will receive an email or WhatsApp update with your tracking details.
You can use the provided tracking number to follow your shipment status.
