At DilSe Threads, every piece is crafted with care. Since most of our products are custom-stitched and made to order, we follow a No Return & No Exchange Policy.

Refunds (Only for Damaged Products)

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, size issues, or dislike of the product.

If replacements and Exchange  are accepted, then It will get delivered to you within 10-20 working days.

Refunds are only applicable if the product is received in a damaged condition, and the following conditions must be met:

  • An opening/unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
  • The claim must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Once reviewed and approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us again via email or WhatsApp.

Damages & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us if:

  • The item is defective or damaged, or
  • You received the wrong product.

We will evaluate the issue and provide the necessary resolution (refund or replacement).

Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

  • All stitched garments, sarees, and custom orders
  • Any product without an opening/unboxing video
